Twin-Star International Names Raymond Tam as Vice President of Operations



Delray Beach, FL., January 7, 2013 - Twin-Star International, an award-winning home furnishings manufacturer of quality furniture and electric heaters, has named Raymond Tam as their new vice president of operations, reporting to Robert Cohen, president and CEO of Twin-Star International. 

“Raymond’s technical knowledge, blended with his proven leadership ability and vast understanding of both Western and Eastern cultures will be an enormous asset to the Twin-Star team” stated Cohen. “Raymond will be based out of our China office and will have worldwide responsibility for Twin-Star’s operations team that includes the company’s quality, production, and logistics functions. 

Tam was most recently the general manager of Red Chip International, Ltd. During his tenure there he organized the management team, strengthened vendor relationships, improved quality and service, and reinvigorated product development as part of a development strategy. Tam also has previous experience in overseas manufacturing along with owning his own manufacturing company in Canada.
